As 2020 draws to a close, I find myself pondering this challenging year and feeling concerned for all the people who have lost so much: jobs, loved ones, housing, health, security, enthusiasm, etc. As a trained mental health counselor who combines traditional “talk therapy” with the timeless body/mind-centered focus of Yoga, I want people to know there is help available. Remember to think outside the box of insurance-approved techniques and practitioners. You are not limited to those choices! Message me (or others) for options on how you might access the compassionate, client-centered therapy you deserve. For example, I offer counseling or spiritual direction combined with restorative yoga.
